Nail Art Tutorial – Pink Geometric Tribal Mix – Nail Art Stamping

20150903_000211cThe Nail Art:

Hi guys! 🙂 I was in a stamping mood and created this fun pink geometric tribal-ish manicure. I really just grabbed a couple random plates plus a few polishes and challenged myself to come up with a design using some of the images. I kind of wish I picked something other than pink, but whatever I had fun with it :p. This look was really easy too! Check out the tutorial below. ❤

Nail Art Wheel Of The Month – Playing Around With Tape

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! Sorry I have no holiday designs for you (there are 2 green designs on there though…does that count? haha). It was time for me to post a nail art wheel and I hadn’t even considered any upcoming holidays. This is just as good though right? :p

This wheel’s theme has to do with tape. I used striping tapes and scotch tape. I put my craft scissors to good use by cutting fun edges on the scotch tape and placing them on different parts of the nails. You can get all sorts of effects just by putting the tape in different places. These sure were fun to do, and of course they just wouldn’t be complete without accessories! 🙂

False Nail Set – Framed Rose Nail Design (2)

I thought that the ‘Framed Rose‘ nail design that I uploaded the other day would make a great false set, so I went ahead and made it. I changed the nail shape, but other than that the design is the same. I do think the sponging came out a little better this go around though, and also my rose came out a little more clearly. I can’t decide which one I like better haha

Practice Nails – La Fleur Noire

It seems that pink and black stripes are always associated with “Paris”; it just seems that is a staple pattern for Paris inspired designs. Though, that wasn’t exactly what I was going for here lol, but after I finished it I couldn’t help but get that vibe from it. So why not just go with it? haha I decided to use that to my advantage and put the title in french too, just for the fun of it :p. (It means “The Black Flower” by the way). I do think this design would incorporate really well into a Paris themed nail set though, so I just might do that later. 🙂 What do you think?
