False Nail Set – Yellow Leopard

https://www.etsy.com/shop/BaroquenNails DSC_0219Hi everyone, hope you are having a great week so far! Today’s nail set is a recreation of a mani I posted a while back (with the same name) see it here to see what I am talking about. :p They are exactly the same design, even though I like to change the design up sometimes when I recreate it but I didn’t do that this time. Anyways, this set and many others are available on Etsy. I also have some other fun nail art stuff listed now like custom made embellishment sets, blank nail sets, and I also do custom orders if you ever want something hand designed just for you. 🙂 Wear them, frame them, or give them as gifts! haha

False Nail Set – Floral Cameo

The Nail Art:

Hello everyone! It is a beautiful Wednesday today and it is also time for a false nail set. :p This one is actually a recreation of one of the first false nail sets I ever created: Spring Cameo. It was one of my personal favorites, and I just had to give it another go. It doesn’t beat the first but it is still lovely, and I am really happy with it… again lol 🙂

Where To Find:

If you are interested in this set or one of my many other nail sets feel free to check them out on Etsy. I also accept custom design orders if you want something completely different, just message me 🙂

Enjoy the rest of your week guys! ❤

3d Nail Art – Lolita

20150407_031448I am bad…So I first posted the practice nail of this design over a year ago stating I wanted to make a full set of it. Yeah, haha, I don’t know why it took so long but I did do it! It just took more than a year to do so. lmao :p. I apologize! But, may I just add that even though I am late with it, I love how it turned out! lol It makes me so happy when my original ideas end up looking exactly like what I had envisioned, because let’s face it, it doesn’t always work out that way.

20150407_031527I was having such a hard time coming up with a name for this design though (which some of you may have noticed, naming my nail art is one of my favorite aspects :p). I was getting so many different vibes from this design; on some degree it has an urban appeal to me, yet it also looks sporty and also reminds me of some Lolita or Hime Gyaru dresses. I am still not sure what exactly it reminds me of so I just stuck with Lolita lol. What would you call this design? 😛20150407_031605One of my favorite elements of this manicure (besides the lovely 3d roses) is the “sweetheart” half moon part, it is a nice twist to the normal half moon manicure style. To create it I started with a white base and while the polish was still tacky I placed some gold micro beads at the base forming the top of a heart shape. I then filled in the base with a mixture of topcoat and various loose gold glitters. After that, I placed vertical strips of black striping tape and topped them off with some raspberry 3d flowers. I sealed in the design with top coat to keep everything in place and to add some extra shine. Here are the products I used to create this fun look:

Colors used:

Sinful Colors – Snow Me White

NYC – Pink Promenade

Gold Glitter

Seche Vite Top Coat

Stamping Nail Art – Yellow Leopard

20150309_19422420150309_19381920150309_193839Hi everyone, happy Friday! It is starting to get warmer here, really warm… in the 80s f already. It keeps changing though; one day it was 83 then the next it was 65 then back up. Pretty annoying, must be global warming. And wow I am talking about the weather because that’s interesting… Lol anyways I thought it was the perfect time for some bright sunny yellow nails..with leopard! This is sort of a recreation of one of the first manicures I ever uploaded here, but revamped. Here is what I used:

Colors used:

Sinful Shine – Bananappeal

Color Club – Earthly Angel

Kleancolor – Black

Seche Vite – Top Coat
